1. Services

Brightside Exterior Cleaning provides professional window cleaning, pressure washing, soft washing, moss removal, and related exterior cleaning services as described on our website and promotional materials.

2. Appointments & Cancellations

Appointments must be scheduled in advance to ensure availability. We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Missed appointments or cancellations made within less than 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.

3. Pricing & Payments

All pricing will be provided and agreed upon before work begins. Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise stated in writing. We accept cash, checks, and major credit or debit cards.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for ensuring safe and clear access to the property. This includes removing obstacles, securing pets, and identifying any potential hazards prior to service. Customers should also notify us in advance of any fragile surfaces or areas that require special attention.

5. Liability

While we take great care in performing our services, Brightside Exterior Cleaning is not responsible for pre-existing damage, deterioration, or wear on surfaces such as windows, frames, siding, or roofing. We are not liable for damages resulting from unsafe or unstable property conditions that are outside of our control.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with our service, you must notify us within 24 hours of completion. We will make reasonable efforts to address and resolve any issues.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate any agreement if safety concerns, property conditions, or other reasonable factors prevent us from completing the job effectively or safely.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of California.
